Just provide us with a blueprint or even a simple hand drawing will do and we are happy to help.

COMPANY POLICIES

Pricing – North Jersey Custom Glass LLC. Reserves the right to adjust pricing as needed other than pricing stated on this site. North Jersey Custom Glass will notify the customer of any price changes prior to start of production.

 

Custom Orders – With all aspects of production being done on premises by our expert technicians, North Jersey Custom Glass has the capabilities to manufacture to your needs. All orders must be accompanied with specific dimensions and configurations, as well as with a blueprint or drawing stating all necessary requirements of the apparatus.

 

Order Shipments – Most items on this site are available and in stock and can ship same day. If in the event an item is not in stock, a partial shipment will be made with the remainder of the order shortly following. Please state at the time of your order if a complete shipment is required.

 

Returns – If an item needs to be returned, please notify North Jersey Custom Glass within 7 business days. Please include the part number, reason for the return, invoice number and approximate date of the invoice. Orders placed in error or no longer needed or wanted after shipment are subject to a restocking fee of 12% of the price of each item returned.

 

Repairs – All repairs are to be cleaned and free of any solvents or chemicals prior to shipment to North Jersey Custom Glass. All repairs must be accompanied with a contact name, needed repair and or modification. If a repair is unrepairable, or if the cost of the repair will be too significant to justify, North Jersey Custom Glass will notify the customer immediately. Due to the unpredictable nature of used glassware, North Jersey Custom Glass assumes no responsibility for repairs broken beyond repair during shipping, production or annealing.

 

Shortage or Breakage – When a shortage or breakage does occur, please notify North Jersey Custom Glass within 3 business days. Please retain all packaging and broken glassware for inspection of carrier and North Jersey Custom Glass.

 

Trademarks- This site contains reference to various items covered in trademark by other companies such as Glas-Col heating mantles.

 

Product Liability- The products described herein are manufactured with the highest quality material and industry standards. North Jersey Custom Glass expresses no warranty or implies to the sustainability of any merchandise for specific use and shall not be held liable for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from the use this merchandise or for consequential damages. It is the sole responsibility of the user to assure competence of the user and suitability of the merchandise being purchased. All safety measures should be followed explicitly and at all times.
